Step 1

Fill a baking sheet with water and let freeze.

Step 2

Boil Maple Syrup for about 10 minutes. Watch closely to ensure it doesn't boil over.

Step 3

Carefully pour lines of syrup on the ice tray, then add a popsicle stick and roll up the quickly cooling maple syrup.
